This is achieved through balancing getting STRONG with increasing overall work capacity. We do this through:
Periodized, science-backed strength training principles to ensure you continue to get stronger, even through stubborn road blocks
1 to 3 minute increments of intense effort (useful for strongman events, building muscle size, dancing, walking up a flight of stairs like a CHAMP, etc.) Â
  5-10 minute increments of moderate effort (useful for intense sections of a hike, a boxing or MMA match, building work capacity to improve your ability to get big and strong in the 1 to 3 minute range, walking up MANY flights of stairs… etc.)
20 minute+ increments of low effort work (useful for building or improving hiking ability, most sports, improving cardiovascular health, and more)
